1 cup Mung Bean Sprouts (moong sprouts)

½ cup chopped Tomato

½ cup chopped Cucumber

¼ cup chopped Onion

1 tbsp Sugarcane Vinegar

1 tsp Mustard Oil (optional for flavor)

½ tsp roasted cumin powder

1. Prepare the sprouts
